Message that are plated for corrosion resistance. The typical zinc ive seen is like the silver looking color, that is used on rotors as well ive seen. I didnt think they put cadmium on rotors for wear part as it gets wiped off by the pads in 2 weeks anyways. I was under the impression it was coated in Cadmium for corrosion resistance on the parts.
